Our company was born from our founder's desire that ``Japan needs jobs that can save businesses.''

From this original experience, I came to have this ambition.

Currently, under the holding TANABE CONSULTING GROUP CO.,LTD., we operate with a structure of eight group companies, including TANABE CONSULTING CO.,LTD. Ltd., and seven other operating companies.

Management consulting area

Our management consulting services include "Strategy & Domain" for formulating and promoting growth strategies, "Digital & DX" for formulating and implementing DX strategies, "HR" for implementing human capital management, "Finance & M&A" for enhancing corporate value, and "Brand & PR" for increasing the intrinsic value of brands.

  • Building on sales of 16.282 billion yen in the fiscal year ending March 2026, we aim to achieve sales of 22.5 billion yen through organic growth, and add another 2 to 3 billion yen through the promotion of our M&A strategy, ultimately achieving sales of 25 billion yen.
