We bring success to companies around the world and create the future together. Takahiko Wakamatsu, President and Representative Director TANABE CONSULTING GROUP CO.,LTD.

Since its founding in 1957 Tanabe Consulting Group (TCG) has been guided by the belief that "Japan needs a service that can save businesses," and has supported numerous companies in Japan and around the world as business doctors. This is why we are called "pioneers of management consulting in Japan."
Based on our management philosophy, which we have pursued since our founding—" We love companies, walk together with companies and work for company prosperity."—we declare our Purpose (value of contribution): "To support those decisions with love, and to change the world." We define our team consulting, which can provide end-to-end support from the formulation of management strategies to the implementation of management operations, as our "unique value," and we will support the "decisions" of top management and together create a world first-call company. Our group companies, Tanabe Consulting, Leading Solutions, Growing Partners, J3, Kartz Media Works, Surpass, PeaceMind, and Actus Consulting Group, have become TCG is One, and will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
